How bid package processing works

You send the package. We do the paperwork-heavy part. You price and submit.

Step by step

  1. Send the package. Email plans, specs, addenda and the bid form — or a plan-room link. Tell us your trade(s).
  2. We process it. We index the documents, track addenda, pull your scope, and run quantities/takeoffs for your trade.
  3. We flag what matters. Deadlines, pre-bid meetings, required forms, bonds, insurance limits, prevailing wage or other special conditions.
  4. You get it back ready to price. Scope summary, takeoff, requirements checklist, clarifications list, and an organized submission folder. Standard turnaround is 2 business days from a complete package. Rush (+$75) is next business day, when capacity allows. Send the package at least 3 business days before the bid is due for standard, or 2 for rush, so you have a day to price.
  5. You price, sign and submit. Your number, your signature, your bid.
